📌 Please Note: International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. Spencer Outdoor is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or force majeure events.
3. 📋 ORDER PROCESSING
→ ⏰ All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) → 📧 You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order → 📬 A shipping notification with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched → 🔍 You can track your order at any time via the link provided in your shipping email or by logging into your account at spenceroutdoor.com
⚠️ Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days will typically be processed the same day.
4. 📊 SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATION
Shipping rates are calculated based on:

💡 Free shipping promotions do not apply to oversize/freight items or express shipping methods.
5. 📦 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using:

⚠️ Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping notification is sent. This is normal — please allow time for the carrier to scan your package.

6. 🌐 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
→ 🏛️ International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country → 💰 These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs → 📋 Spencer Outdoor has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount → 🚫 We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes
💡 Tip: Contact your local customs office before ordering to estimate potential import fees for your country.
Customs Declaration: All international packages will be marked with the actual product value and description as required by international shipping regulations. We do not mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items on customs forms.
7. 📭 UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
→ ❌ Spencer Outdoor is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer → 🔄 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs → 📝 Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order
⚠️ Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. Contact us immediately at support@amigobookings.com if you need to update your address.
8. 📦 DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Damaged Package:
→ 📸 If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) → 📧 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@amigobookings.com → ✅ We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
Lost Package:
→ If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Contact us within 7 days if the package is still not found → 🔍 We will file a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue
9. 📦 OVERSIZE & HEAVY ITEMS
Products weighing 40 lbs or more (e.g., Teak Garden Bench, Raised Garden Bed Kit) may:
→ 🚛 Require freight shipping with longer delivery times → 📍 Be delivered to curbside only (not inside your home) → 💰 Incur additional shipping charges calculated at checkout → 📞 Require a valid phone number for delivery scheduling
⚠️ Freight deliveries require someone to be present to receive the package. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
10. 📬 PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES
→ 📭 PO Boxes: Standard shipping via USPS is available for PO Box addresses (domestic only). Expedited and express shipping are not available to PO Boxes. → 🎖️ APO/FPO/DPO: We ship to military addresses via USPS. Delivery times may be extended by 7–21 additional business days.
